Smile

"Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams."

Smiling has many benefits.

Studies show that a genuine smile contributes to your health. It can lift your mood, alleviate your stress, and relieve any pain you’re feeling. Did you know that it can even regulate your blood pressure?

Indeed, smiling (and generally being happy) regularly affects your health by relaxing your muscles, then regulating your heart rate and blood pressure. It can boost your immunity as well, protecting you from many possible diseases. A 2009 study can attest to that.

But more than what it can do to your health, smiling is regarded as one of the simplest ways to lighten up your day. Haven’t you noticed how people who often smile a lot attract positivity?

A simple smile can bring out all the positive emotions in you. Relatively, it helps you build better and stronger relationships with the people around you. Most important, it makes you feel good, regardless of your current mood, as it highlights the natural feeling of joy.
